Chris Crosby to Speak at Kansas City Call Center Expo May 11th.

Just a quick note to all of you in the Midwest. I’ll be in KC on May 11th at the Kansas City Call Center Expo (www.kccallcenterexpo) . The event is hosted by VITEC, one of our premiere partners. I will be conducting a breakout session in the afternoon about, you guessed it, Business Intelligence in the Call Center. The real focus of the session though will be on reporting: what’s important to report on and what’s not, how to kill the countless excel spreadsheets you recieve on a daily basis, and various other points. The session will be interactive and nontechnical nature.
