About Chris Crosby
Chris Crosby, former President and CEO, founded Latigent with more than 15 years of leadership experience in building contact center operations and technology infrastructures for top-tier companies.
As a contact center executive in outsourcing companies, Crosby gained a wide exposure to various industry verticals and specialized in starting-up green field call centers, turning around unprofitable business units and managing culture change during mergers and acquisitions. Prior to founding Latigent, Crosby was instrumental in merging the customer care organizations of two Fortune 100 Health Care companies.
In his various roles, Chris was often frustrated by the complexity involved with trying to push out agent and call center performance information to his front line staff. As a result, Crosby designed BlueVue to address these operationally handicapping issues.
Chris has led Latigent from a capital investment of $1,000 dollars in 2002 to a reputable and widely recognized leader in the contact center performance management and business intelligence industry.
On Sept 27, 2007 Latigent entered into a definitive agreement to be aquired by Cisco Systems.
Chris is now a part of Cisco’s Business Development and Product Management Team in Boston, MA.
